Crisis Resource Management

Crisis Resource Management (CRM) skills are the non-technical skills that are required for effective teamwork in a crisis situation. You can learn more about it by reading this LITFL article, or reviewing the resources below.

If you are new to the concept of CRM, consider setting a CRM learning objective before your simulation session. For example, if you are team lead, you might plan to rehearse your summary statements. For other team members, you could consider practice using closed loop communication when you have completed a task.
